Working with this person and his company was a disaster. For us personally, who bought a house in the Ardèche to enjoy and have fun, it was a hellish disaster.

In addition, the Court ruled that all the defects, faulty workmanship and non-conformities were attributable to LGS CONSTRUCTIONS and declared the said company to be fully liable for the damage you have suffered on the basis of contractual liability, setting this claim at €20,000 (inclusive of tax) for the repair work, discounted according to the variation in the BT01 index between 21 January 2020 and the date of the judgement, said sum bearing interest at the legal rate.
